  • We ship worldwide (except russia).
  • Estimated delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs, holidays, logistics issues).
  • Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Non-custom items: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
  • Custom orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom products, we do not accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days after receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Custom Orders and Design Services

  • For custom archery gear, LARP/cosplay costumes, or accessories, design discussions will take place before production.
  • Production times vary depending on the complexity of the request.
  • We reserve the right to refuse custom orders that do not align with our brand’s values or production capabilities.

  • Custom designs made for clients remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • We do our best to provide accurate descriptions, but we do not guarantee that all materials, colors, or designs will be an exact match due to screen differences and handcrafted variations.
